Mytronic, based in Weilrod-Riedelbach, is a German company that has been operating successfully on the national and international dental market since 1971.

As a member of the DÜRR DENTAL SE group, we develop and produce accessories for dental devices such as instrument hoses, valve controls, connectors and much more for our international customers.

Mytronic has grown considerably, particularly in the last ten years, and now has around 60 employees at its location in Weilrod-Riedelbach. In addition to the offices, the 3,500 square metre site has its own design department, two assembly halls, two production halls, quality assurance - Mytronic is certified to DIN EN ISO 13485 - and storage facilities.
Some preliminary products now have extremely long delivery times of up to a year and warehousing is designed accordingly. In addition to contacts, primary products are often plastic granulates from which hoses in a wide variety of thicknesses are produced by using extruders. However, other components are also manufactured in injection moulding or CNC lathes, laser systems, eroding and grinding machines or HSC machining centres (high-speed milling), for which the tools and moulds are developed and built on site.
In the assembly halls, inner hoses are then pulled into thicker hoses together with strands and fitted with the appropriate couplings and connectors.
