Our Research & Development department is always one step ahead. Our team has a particularly high level of expertise in the development of dental instrument hoses and a wide range of spare parts, using CAD programmes. Extrusion
On our in-house extrusion lines, we produce dental medical inner and outer hoses as well as strand sheaths - the basis for further processing in other Mytronic departments. Thanks to short distances and many years of experience, we can also quickly realise special orders.

Tool Construction
The tool construction department produces high-precision injection moulding tools and devices. The HSC machining centre is supported by CAM software, and the toolmaking department is well equipped with surface and cylindrical grinding machines as well as two die-sinking EDM machines.

CNC
Anything less than 100% is not acceptable. With enthusiasm and dedication, the CNC team ensures the customised design of precisely fitting components. From small series to mass production - everything is covered here.
There is close co-operation between Research & Development and CNC in terms of brainstorming and feasibility testing of new developments. Thanks to their expertise and modern CNC machines, our employees ensure consistent quality even for the most complex prototypes and series parts.

Injection Moulding
In addition to the CNC and extrusion departments, injection moulding is our third mainstay. If the number of parts is such that the cost-effectiveness of CNC production is in question, components are outsourced to the injection moulding department. Couplings, sleeves and other components can be produced here fully automatically in large quantities, quickly and cost-effectively and with consistent quality. Flat gaskets or handles made from elastomer plastics are also produced here.
A machine park consisting of ARBURG and Babyplast machines offers sufficient flexibility and volume to fulfil your ideas.
