With the pneumatic priority device, locking of the instruments can be realized without electrical components. This is available in a 2-5-fold version.
For this purpose, the priority device is pressurized with 3.7 to 6 bar at the permanent air input. Each individual valve of the priority device is assigned to an AVK coupling at the switching air output. The switching air inputs are connected to the respective holder valve.
For example, when an instrument is removed from the first holder, the first holder valve switches and this in turn then switches the first valve of the priority device. In this so-called selected state, it is not possible to remove and use a second instrument.
Intended use
Only to be used with flexible hoses and the medium air.
A filter in the pneumatic system is recommended as no impurities may enter the priority device.
Recommended hose inner diameter: 1.5mm
